I should know I have hosted with a lot of Gartner quadrant 4 hosting providers over the years. It seems that the people you end up talking to really don’t have a clue and the tech guys who know their stuff you can’t even speak to in the first place.

So you end up talking to a sales guy about an issue who doesn’t even know anything.
