ENKI Updates Startup Success Program Discounts

ENKI's Startup/Stategic Success Program (SSP) is aimed at allowing new and growing businesses to take advantage of our Virtual IT services for assured IT success at a minimum of 60% off our list prices for computing. We created SSP to give back to the startup and entrepreneur community in the same way that Sun Microsystems helped us get started with their Startup Essentials program.

Today, we have revised SSP to increase the levels of free resources included with the program, as well as extended it to startups of up to two years of age. The revised discount/free levels are:

Increased free SSD-cached SAN storage to 100GB
Increased free bandwidth from 100GB to 1TB
Increased free backup space to 250GB
Added a discount for the required Operations Services of 20%
Maintained minimum discount of 60% for compute resources

John Renko Joins ENKI as Director of Operations

We are very pleased to welcome John Renko to ENKI as our Director of Operations. John will be responsible for customer service levels including uptime and operations services, as well as improving our product portfolio.

John comes to us from Sun/Oracle, where he managed a team responsible for the Sun.com external website. John's background includes datacenter operations, application deployment, databases, VDI, systems architecture, and customer service.

ENKI offers SAS70 Type II certified datacenter

Our datacenter colocation partner, Coresite, recently received SAS70 Type II certification. The certification, made by the respected SAS70CPA firm, is deep and complete, covering facilities maintenance, security, power assurance, bandwidth assurance, climate control assurance, and incident response. ENKI can share the certification on request.
