• As part of our Operations Services, ENKI will perform regular software releases to your production environment using a process designed to minimize downtime.  If you have a development environment - a copy of your production environment in which you perform pre-release testing - then we can reduce software release downtime and post release errors dramatically.
• ENKI will configure or develop the appropriate application configuration (3Tera Appliance / virtual machine image) for each virtual server installation based on the requirements of your application environment.
• ENKI is building an extensive library of AppLogic Appliances and Applications that may address your needs with off-the-shelf configurations available on a purchase or lease basis.
• For new applications, ENKI has the expertise to select the appropriate operating system, database, web server, application execution environment, and support software to run your application as effectively as possible.
• Application Stack and Operating System are stored as a Xen image for easy replication and business continuance: you're never in danger of losing your environment!
• Maintenance and upgrades to appliances are provided as available.
• Vendor-agnostic: supporting a variety of Linux and Microsoft environments, popular open-source and commercial databases, web servers, network appliances such as DNS or Firewalls, and application execution environments.
